My collaborator Anna Blomdahl just sent me an email - she had read in Newsweek special for 2011 an Article by Moma's chief curator Paola Antonelli "Design takes over" on how the world will change in 2036, and quotes her:
Design has spread like gas to almost all facets of human activity, from science and education to politics and policymaking. For a simple reason: one of design's most fundamental tasks is to help people deal with change.
